The commercial service robot by Sineva can be used in shopping malls, banks and other public places to give advice to customers, point them in the right direction, provide information or connect them with a service staff member by way of video. The robot uses speech and facial recognition to communicate. Thanks to intelligent localisation and mapping functions, it knows its exact position and is able to move around independently indoors as well as drive around any obstacles.
